The Impact of Pila
The professional Insurance Ladies Association plays a major role in the insurance industry which is mostly dominated by the male gender, especially as regards management or C-suite level positions.
PILA had set for itself certain aims and objectives that have so far defined the role of the association to its members, the institute and the insurance industry in general.
PILA has over the years been:
