One of our programs that is geared towards building formidable forthright ladies is our mentorship program. This is aimed at developing leadership skills of mentors while imparting knowledge to mentees through training, skill acquisition and mentor- mentee relationship. It is also a learning opportunity for both mentor and the mentee.
While the mentor is usually in the position of imparting knowledge to the mentee, a mentoring relationship can also help the more experienced mentor learn new skills. It isncommon that technological advances have been mastered by younger generation. This is an area where the mentee can also become a teacher, guiding the mentor to learn new skills or a new way of doing things. It is a symbiotic relationship
